Winter is a time for reflection and introspection; to do less and rest more.
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, so what better time could there be to get that extra rest?
To help honour the introspective quality of the Winter Solstice, we will focus on connecting with the grounding energy of the earth and the flowing element of water; moving through a gentle breath-led physical practice in heat, incorporating vinyasa, pranayama, restorative poses, and a soothing neck massage to help you ease into yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
