Join our seasonal yoga workshops in Crouch End, London. Each 90-minute session blends breathwork (pranayama), Qigong-inspired vinyasa flow, and Yoga Nidra to help you reset with the rhythm of the year. All levels welcome, spaces are limited.
Relaxing Sound Bath: A Journey into Stillness

Escape the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a restorative sound journey. This session is designed to balance your nervous system, release physical tension, and provide a sanctuary for your mind to rest. Through the resonant frequencies of Gongs and Singing Bowls, you will find a profound sense of comfort and clarity.What to expect?You don’t need to “do” anything. Simply lie down, wrap yourself in a blanket, and make yourself as comfortable as possible.
The session begins with a guided meditation to help you settle into the space. From there, we will weave an immersive soundscape using:
• Gongs: To wash away stress with powerful, deep vibrations.
• Singing Bowls: To harmonise your energy centres.
• Intuitive Instruments: To soothe the senses and deepen your relaxation.

Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop in Crouch End
Celebrate the longest day of the year with a soulful practice to ignite your inner fire, reflect on your growth, and move forward with clarity.
We’ll explore the radiant energy of the Manipura (Navel) Chakra and work with summer’s meridian pathways, the Heart and Small Intestine channels, to support balance, vitality, and joy. Inspired by the Eight Brocades (Baduanjin), this practice blends yoga and Qigong to open the chest, calm the mind, and circulate energy.
We’ll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, inviting you to fully receive, restore, and replenish.

Autumn Equinox Yoga Workshop in Crouch End
Autumn Nourish & Release 🍁
Autumn’s energy gently turns us inward, inviting a sense of warmth, nourishment and the space to slow down.As the days grow shorter, this is a powerful time to release what no longer serves and to reconnect with yourself; honouring your emotions, creativity, and inner desires with compassion.
In this workshop, we will explore the radiant energy of the Swadisthana (Sacral) Chakra alongside the Lung and Large Intestine meridians; autumnal pathways linked to the Metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Metal, the journey from raw ore to refined brilliance, reminds us of the beauty in letting go and the strength in becoming.
These meridians support clarity, discernment and the art of seasonal shedding, mirroring nature’s quiet preparation for winter.
Inspired by the graceful movements of the Eight Brocades (Baduanjin), our practice blends Yoga and Qigong to open the chest, soothe the nervous system and harmonise energy flow throughout the body.
We will close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, offering space to receive, restore and replenish.

Winter Solstice Yoga Workshop in Crouch End
As nature turns inward, we slow down, move with awareness and soften into stillness.
This workshop blends a nourishing Qigong-inspired Vinyasa flow with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to honour the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year.Guided by the Water element, the Solstice invites us to pause, reflect and conserve energy for the season ahead.
Through flowing breath-led movement and guided stillness, we will release tension, root into the present moment and create space for renewal; supporting the Kidney and Bladder meridians while nurturing stability, vitality and emotional resilience.
Come as you are and welcome the quiet introspective power of Winter.
