Autumn Equinox Chakra Balancing with Jan Wright
This will be an experiential and immersive workshop introducing the 7 main chakras.
Chakras are “wheels” of energy in the subtle body; each of which corresponds to specific organs as well as physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual states
of being, influencing all areas of your life.
In this workshop, you’ll have the time and space to delve into this subtle internal map to help bring to balance these 7 main energetic points in the body.
This workshop will include information on the energetic chakra system and a physical practice in gentle heat, which includes vinyasa, restoration & yin.We will use specific yoga mudras, pranayama (breathing practices), mantras & essential oils to open, awaken and balance each of your chakras.
