Barre Intense

Barre Intense
Barre intense moves away from the barre and focuses purely on the mat. A 30 minute set sequence of high-intensity movement that focuses on raising the heart rate while strengthening the body.
The sequence rotates every 8 weeks.

Perfect for complete beginners or people looking to refresh their practice after a break or rehabilitating back to practice after an injury. A great stepping-stone to start your journey into the world of yoga.
Vinyasa

A slow fluid yoga class. Each teacher sequences a balanced yoga practice suitable for all levels. Expect to flow with the breath and movement. This is a strong steady practice followed by deep stretches.
Power Yoga

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. It has many of the same qualities and benefits as Ashtanga including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. 60 minutes long.
