Functional full body training at its best. 50 minutes of the most intense physical and mental interval training you can do. Expert instructors guide you through the routines as you train in one of two columns. Half the class is sprinting on our row of treadmills while the other half are working at the weight stations. Every 15 minutes you swap sides. While you sprint, your muscles recover… while you lift weights, you get your breath back. We are not here to just burn calories. We are here to build character.

Tribe Lift

Tribe Lift is our pure weights-focused Warrior class – Warrior without the treadmills. Working to the beat of the music, each track has its own muscle group. Expect some serious sweat as you improve muscular strength and endurance. We lift in time with the music to work your legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders and core the whole way through. Find your limit, push your boundary and give us your all.

Our second North London studio designed to compliment everything we do at the first. Beautifully designed spaces offering three different atmospheres. Zen. Warrior. Rider. Complimentary towels and clip in cycling shoes provided alongside luxury showers to complete the experience.
