Warrior Classic

Our original Warrior class.

Using only dumbbells on the floor and various challenges on the cardio kit.

This class will use a variety of heavy, medium and light dumbbells working your full body.

Our Classic will leave you feeling accomplished and ready for anything!

Lift

Our weight only class.

This class works entirely on the floor for 45 minutes of strength and stamina using a variety of free and functional weights.
