3Tribes classic hot yoga class. A steady and methodical alignment and technique based sequence of static key yoga poses. As you continue to practice you will observe your body’s transformation and progression. Suitable for all levels.
Hot Yoga II

Hot Yoga II
Our second signature set class. Hot Yoga II builds on what was developed in Hot Yoga I to create a more fluid and challenging class. Explore new postures and greater depth.
Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates uses movements against resistance to strengthen and tone the body while promoting efficient use of movement through greater alignment and focus. As in yoga, the breath is incorporated to elongate and deepen the physical movements and strengthen the mind body connection.
Hot Flow

Hot Flow
A fluid yoga class in the heat. Sequencing is individually designed by the teacher to create a balanced yoga practice for each student.
Hot Flow Level 1-2 class is suitable for beginners and within the first few years of practice. These classes will focus on foundational poses where options are given to suit all bodies and those recovering from injury.
Hot Flow Level 1-3 classes offer more choice and levels within the sequencing for those who would like to work towards more advanced poses.
Hot Core

Hot Core
A set sequence that incorporates Yoga, Calisthenics and Pilates. It is the strength to compliment your traditional yoga practice. Tough, fun and energising. Be prepared to sweat. Be prepared to work.
Our original 3Tribes hot studio. Elegant and intelligent sequencing in a welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere. The room is heated to 40 degrees to detoxify the body.
