Studio Classes

  • Yes – we have Shimano cleats in all sizes at the front desk free of charge! You are welcome to bring your own shiny pair should you have them.

  • Yes – we have working showers & toiletries available across all three of our studios.

  • We actively encourage clients to bring their own towels & mats, however, if you don’t want to lug it around or have forgotten to pack what you need – we can provide mats & towels.

  • We strongly discourage pre-natal clients from practicing Hot Yoga in our studio however we do recommend both Barre & Rider as safe way to stay active. That’s not to say that our other classes are off limits – we trust our clients to listen to their bodies & do what feels good.

  • To avoid incurring any cancellation fee, please cancel your spot in class over 2 hours before the start time. If you cancel within the 2 hour window before class, this counts as a late cancellation.

Unlimited members will incur a £5 fee. Class card users will lose the credit.

NOTE: If you’re feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19 please email us:

  • All of our classes are open to beginners – it’s whatever you would feel most comfortable dipping your toe with. Please make yourself known to the coach/teacher at the start of class if it’s your first time. If you’re coming to practice yoga for the first time, we recommend starting with an Essentials class before trying an Intermediate.

  • Wear something comfy and give it a try. Like everything new it might take a few sessions to settle into the heat. It is 40 degrees so you will get sweaty. You can rest when you need and your Yoga Teacher will make sure to make you feel comfortable and at ease during class. Bring along a sweat towel and water. We recommend hydrating before and after class.

  • All class card expiries are labelled on the website. If your classes have run out, we offer a 30 day extension for £15.

  • Once you have purchased a service from us, this cannot be refunded to you. However our exchange policy is flexible so you can convert a service to account credit for an alternative service, for example class card credits to floatation credits or share it with friends, or gift to someone else.

Float Tanks

  • Our float tanks are a self enclosed tub that contain a small level of water within them. The water is heated to body temperature and consists of a high level of Epsom salts to increase buoyancy. Similar to lying in the dead sea, the purpose is to create a unique environment that removes all sensory stimulation. No sound, no sight and slowly the sense of the water next to your skin fades away.

  • Everything you need for the float from towels to toiletries is provided. Just bring yourself!

  • The standard floatation session is 90 minutes in total. This allows 60 minutes for the float itself and 30 minutes for you to get settled before & after.
