Arm Balances and Inversion

This class is ideal if you are curious about arm balances or inversions, want to feel stronger and more informed in your approach, or are looking for a focused space to refine your technique with guidance and support.

This is a progressive skills-based class designed to build real upside-down confidence in a steady, supportive way.
Each month we focus on one featured arm balance or inversion, giving you time to properly understand the shape, the mechanics and the pathway into the pose. Classes are structured to develop the key foundations needed for the pose, including strength, joint mobility, shoulder stability and core integration, so you are not just attempting the posture, but actually building the capacity to support it.

You can expect clear progressions, intelligent drills and accessible options, with space to explore at your own pace. The intention is consistency over quick wins, allowing confidence and strength to build week by week rather than rushing the process.
