REFORMER CORE, a class sequenced to focus on postural alignment of the spine and pelvis, strengthening the core, and working on breathing techniques to promote increased stamina. The class will be sequenced for a month to guide progressions.

REFORMER INTERMEDIATE – this class we be sequenced for a month, working on a varied range of challenging exercises, building up strength, co-ordination and balance. Recommended for people already familiar with Reformer.

REFORMER FULL BODY is our signature set sequence designed to use all muscle groups. It’s a great introductory class for beginners, consisting of variations that allow for more challenge.

REFORMER PRECISION is a class to take a deeper look at exercises, breaking them down in more depth, discussing alignment, breath, and how this in-depth awareness will help strengthen and improve posture. A great class for beginners, while not excluding anyone more familiar with Reformer who would like a really thorough understanding.
