This class will use a variety of heavy, medium and light dumbbells working your full body.

Our second North London studio designed to compliment everything we do at the first. Beautifully designed spaces offering 4 different disciplines, Reformer. Barre. Warrior. Rider. Complimentary towels and clip in cycling shoes provided alongside luxury showers to complete the experience.
