Studio Classes
- How do I prepare for Barre?
Arrive in plenty of time before class starts to get familiarised with the space and ask the teacher any questions. Class can be done with bare feet or socks. All the equipment is provided, hustbring some water with you.
- How do a I prepare for Reformer?
Arrive 15 mins before class so that the teacher can familiarise you with the Reformers and how it works. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Wearing socks is permitted, but it is helpful to wear grip socks if you have them.
- How do I prepare for hot pilates?
Arrive around 15 minutes before class to get familiar with the space get used to a heat before you begin. Make sure you bring water and wear clothes suitable to sweat and move in. Mats and towels are provided.
- How do I prepare for Lift?
We recommend a shoe with a flat sole (Converse or Vans-type shoes are fine!) and comfortable gym clothing. If you haven’t been to a lift class before, please do come along early and have a chat with your instructor before class starts.
- How do I prepare for Warrior?
If you are new, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class. You will receive an induction from your coach before the class begins. Make sure you have appropriate footwear (trainers) and plenty of water!
- How do I prepare for Rider?Please arrive in good time, especially if you are new! We provide cleats and sweat towels. We recommend bringing a bottle of water, although small cartons of water can be purchased in the studio. We recommend wearing close-fitting, sweat-wicking clothing.
- Do you provide shoes for spin?
Yes – we have Shimano cleats in all sizes at the front desk free of charge! You are welcome to bring your own shiny pair should you have them.
- Are your showers open across all three studios?
Yes – we have working showers & toiletries available across all three of our studios.
- Do I have to bring my own towel & mat?
We actively encourage clients to bring their own towels & mats, however, if you don’t want to lug it around or have forgotten to pack what you need – we can provide mats & towels.
- Are your classes safe if I’m pregnant?
We strongly discourage pre-natal clients from practicing Hot Yoga in our studio however we do recommend both Barre & Rider as safe way to stay active. That’s not to say that our other classes are off limits – we trust our clients to listen to their bodies & do what feels good.
- What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid incurring any cancellation fee, please cancel your spot in class over 2 hours before the start time. If you cancel within the 2 hour window before class, this counts as a late cancellation.
Unlimited members will incur a £5 fee. Class card users will lose the credit.

- I’m new to fitness, what class should I start with?
All of our classes are open to beginners – it’s whatever you would feel most comfortable dipping your toe with. Please make yourself known to the coach/teacher at the start of class if it’s your first time. If you’re coming to practice yoga for the first time, we recommend starting with an Essentials class before trying an Intermediate.
- How do I prepare for Hot Yoga?
Wear something comfy and give it a try. Like everything new it might take a few sessions to settle into the heat. It is 40 degrees so you will get sweaty. You can rest when you need and your Yoga Teacher will make sure to make you feel comfortable and at ease during class. Bring along a sweat towel and water. We recommend hydrating before and after class.
- My credits have expired. Is there anything I can do?
All class card expiries are labelled on the website. If your classes have run out, we offer a 30 day extension for £15.
- What is your refund & exchange policy?
Once you have purchased a service from us, this cannot be refunded to you. However our exchange policy is flexible so you can convert a service to account credit for an alternative service.
