This class has a limited capacity so that your coach can offer individual support and correction to form, ensuring everyone lifts safely and with appropriate intensity. Perfect for beginners and seasoned lifters alike!
Our second North London studio designed to compliment everything we do at the first. Beautifully designed spaces offering three different atmospheres. Zen. Warrior. Rider. Complimentary towels and clip in cycling shoes provided alongside luxury showers to complete the experience.
