3Tribes Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Sequencing Vinyasa Yoga – a 45-Hour CPD course for yoga teachers
Yoga teachers! Do you feel stuck or unsure in your class sequencing? Do you keep doing the same things over again in your classes, or perhaps wonder if your classes make sense? Then our advanced yoga teacher training in sequencing for vinyasa is for you!
This course will deepen your understanding of key vinyasa features and sequencing for this style of yoga. You’ll learn to teach inspiring classes and to be able to use your knowledge and communicate with authenticity, clarity and confidence. You will be provided with practical support to incorporate what you have learned into your teaching over the 8 weeks this course is spread over.
Our aim is for you to hone in on your own individual teaching style. You will leave with 4 vinyasa sequences unique to you and along the way connect with other experienced teachers. This course will support you to keep developing your skills and what you can offer as a teacher.
Your two experienced course leaders have different but complementary backgrounds. Each will share their relevant areas of expertise including advanced anatomy and physiology, meditation and energetic awareness.
You will practice different approaches to vinyasa yoga, have group discussions and lectures, participate in teaching practice and space to reflect and learn as a student and teacher.
This course provides 45 hours of continuing professional development, which can be registered with Yoga Alliance. There will be 4 in person afternoons and 6 online sessions to attend, with 1 hour per week self study and 5 classes of your choice to practice at 3Tribes included. You need to have already completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training for certification on this course.

What our students say
” The values of 3Tribes around inclusivity, fairness and encouragement were really clear from the outset. I felt supported, inspired and that I was being well educated!” – Spring 2022 200 hour TTC Graduate
” Incredible school, very holistic, open and socially conscious. Beautiful cohort, studio, and teachers.“ – Spring 2023 200 hour TTC Graduate
“Thank you so much for the course Olivia! I’ve just finished watching the final video and having a look back over my notes—we covered so much more than I was expecting. I really appreciate everything you’ve shared and I’m sure my students will too” (DC, 2022)
“I just finished your advanced anatomy and injury management course, and wanted to let you know I enjoyed it a lot (even though I was taking my own sweet time to complete haha). I’ve really learned a lot especially since I’ve been struggling with injuries and pain this year. It’s helped me in my sequencing and teaching a lot too! Thanks so much for putting everything together, making them easy to digest and delivering it with some casual humour.” (JL, 2022)
