An opportunity to establish (or re-establish!) solid foundations for your physical yoga practice. To reconnect your breath to your body and use this to unlock the possibility of deepening your yoga practice from the inside out.

In this workshop we will breakdown the fundamentals of some the standing postures, understand how to use the core more effectively to support your overall practice, and explore and connect the breath to all of the above.

We will work on the understanding that the mark of an ‘advanced practice’ is holding strong, safe and sturdy foundations. Come to remind yourself of what these are and how these feel in your body.

To deepen our yoga knowledge or reignite the spark in our practice sometimes we have to slow down, remember to breathe and focus on what we learn at the beginning. Spend some time getting clear on the foundations in order to advance your experience of this practice as a whole.

Open to all except complete beginners.
